This video is made with stop motion technique. The only props I've used was a thread, some colored paper a camera and premiere. It tooked me about 5 hours to do from start to end. Music: Los Delinquentes, son de cuba.

This movie is about a new born character named Moyo. Moyo have the excluseive ability to see the beauty in small things in life and also to find satisfaction and the happy of be present in the moment. The inspiration for this charater is from the everyday stressed life that we life and the lack of being happy for the things we actually have instead of striving to gain more.
To create this movie I used Illustrator, Aftereffects & Premiere pro and it tooked me about 5 hours from idéa to execution.

This video is influenced by the statement of swedish winter and the reaction that it creates in this contrastic warm/cold country we swedes live in. In this movie I'll give you a feeling of the bubble that sourounds us swedes in the winter time, but also all the beauty within this mysterious dystopia.

In this blog I will publish some glimpses of my creativity, some toughts, life experiences and other fun stuff I do. Big, small, silly or advanced it doesent matter the goal is more to do something creative to learn, and also to show that everything does'nt has to be perfect to be at least something! My name is Maria Andersson I am a 27 year old girl from Stockholm, Sweden. Im currently studying the program Interactive Art Director at Hyper Island in Stockholm and I graduate in june 2011.
I am a creative blossom with my both feet on the ground and with a huge portion of empahty. My passion is to search and find true values and user needs as a foundation for creativity and innovation. The most important focus for me is the support and understanding of the users point of view, and to be sure that this is maintained trough the whole process of strategy, creativity & development. My eyeopener for the topic userexperiences was during my studies of handicraft techniques as we where starting to build smaller furnitures, it suddenly came very natural to me that everything needed to be grounded in a deeper meening than just the surface of design and what is perceived as a good look & feel. I started to realise that the true value of design comes when the design have a deeper thought anchored in the needs of its own existence. This insight lead to my choice of path for my future starting of at the University studying exactly this phenomena-interactiondesign.
In combination of my huge passion of user experience design I also love to experience with my creativity and I work alot with Illustrations, artwork, videoediting and handicraft and this can take form in any possible ways. I have always been fascinated about creativity and its endless possibilities and this is something I have been and will be experimenting with my whole life.
Besides the creation of work with "the what we do" I have a big interest for people and the development of successful teamwork- the "how we do it". I am a structured and fair teamplayer that speaks my mind and are very aware of the process of teamdevelopment behaviors within and I know the importance of how a positive teamspirit makes the whole difference for the endresult. This is also something that I want to develop further, and what place could possible be a better startup for this than Hyper Island-the social experiment of teamplayers?
